Buyer is required to prepay. Payment has to be made in Cashier's Check/Money Orders/Visa/Master Card/Amex/Discover. We also accept paypal. No COD. If the payment is sent out via mail, we are not responsible for loss of mail. If the buyer pays with credit card, the merchandise will only be shipped to the credit card's billing address. We may request a proof of billing address from the buyer. Full payment must be received within 7 days of auction's end.
We do not accept PayPal or any other form of automatic auction payment. Any payment to us made this way will be refused
ACI can and will ship to all 50 states. Unfortunately, We cannot
ship internationally. In addition, we will only ship to APO's with the following options as payments:
- Money Order
- Certified Check
- Bank or Wire Transfer
ACI will not accept Credit-card or Debit-card orders for APO shipments.
Our primary shipper at this time is UPS, and UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes. If your billing address is a PO Box, please contact us to make shipping arrangements
Unless you have a signed agreement in place with UPS, they cannot "leave" an insured package at your address. Please take this into account.
The winning bidder must contact us within 3 business days of the end of auction.
Full payment must be received within one week of accepted bid or the item will be returned to inventory and the bidder will forfeit winning status.
We will report the non-paying bidder to eBay.
If we don't receive the payment in one week, Negative feedback will be left.
A non-paying bidder may also be liable for applicable listing fees - non-paying bidders are in breach of a legal contract

We reserve our right to cancel bids from bidders with negative feedback, and multiple (shill) bids. Because we want to assure that the bidders can get a good deal from our auctions, we also reserve the right to cancel bids that reach much more than ordinary retail price.
