1. Affordable Computers, Inc. does not warrant that the price, weight, or other product information shown on the web page is correct.
2. In the event that information on the website does not correlate with our internal information Affordable Computers, Inc. will notify the affected parties.
3. Affordable Computers, Inc. reserves the right to notify customers of incorrect shipping charges calculated via the online store due to UPS error. Customers so notified have the option to refuse purchase of the item(s).

Terms of Sale

1. Invoices are due and payable in accordance with the terms listed on the front of the invoice.
2. Affordable Computers, Inc. is not responsible for any damage incurred to Software or Hardware caused by modifications performed by the buyer.
3. The Title to purchased merchandise is to remain with Affordable Computers Inc.until Affordable Computers, Inc receives the full purchase price. Failure to pay the purchase price of purchased merchandise when due shall give Affordable Computers, Inc. the right, without liability, to collect any unpaid balance and reasonable collection fee, with or without notice, and avail itself of any legal remedy.
4. All software sales are final.
5. Affordable Computers, Inc. will not be responsible for any incompatibilities between software and hardware .
6. Buyer assumes full responsibility that the purchased merchandise described on the invoice meets the specifications, capacity, capabilities, versatility, and other parameters required to perform as desired by buyer.

Returns and Refunds

1. If Affordable Computers, Inc. accepts returned merchandise a restocking fee of twenty percent (20%) will be charged to the buyer .
2. Returns and Refunds will not be honored after 7 days of receipt of merchandise. All returns are subject to testing by Affordable Computers,Inc. prior to any exchange. Defective equipment will be covered by applicable warranties.
3. You can place a support request from your account information page by clicking the Request Support link next to the item in question. You may also call us at 734-761-1698 to request support over the phone.
4. Returns without prior authorization will be refused. An RMA number must accompany all returned merchandise for warranty work, return or refund. Support will issue you an RMA if your problem requires it.
5. RMA numbers assigned to buyer have a 10 day limit to be received by Affordable Computers, Inc, after which the RMA is void.
6. Shipping is non-refundable under any circumstances

Limited Warranty

1. Affordable Computers, Inc. warrants all used or refurbished notebooks and PC’s with a one year parts and labor mail-in warranty. Notwithstanding warranty on laptop, notebook batteries are covered for 30 days. Products purchased adhere to the following conditions. Technical or configuration support is not offered on software unless that software was purchased from Affordable Computers, Inc. including but not limited to operating system configuration and installation, driver support, or application installation and support. A 1 year part replacement depot warranty is covered on systems where applicable unless otherwise noted on invoice.
2. Affordable Computers, Inc. warrants all new notebooks with a one year parts and labor mail-in warranty. Notwithstanding warranty on laptop, notebook batteries are warranted for 30 days. Products purchased adhere to the following conditions. Technical or configuration support is not offered on software unless that software was purchased from Affordable Computers, Inc. including but not limited to operating system configuration and installation, driver support, or application installation and support. A one year part replacement depot warranty is covered on systems where applicable unless otherwise stated on invoice.
3. All new hardware products delivered, assembled, or installed by Affordable Computers, Inc. are warranted under the terms of a limited warranty provided by the manufacturer of each product, unless otherwise provided in those written warranties. All used, refurbished, reconditioned or "Pulled" hardware products delivered, assembled, or installed by Affordable Computers, Inc are subject to a thirty (30) day limited mail-in warranty from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing. LCD Monitors are covered for a period of six months. All warranties are non-transferable.
4. Affordable Computers, Inc. provides no technical support on software unless that software was purchased from us. Computer Systems or Notebooks meeting these criteria are covered under a Parts Only Mail-in Warranty. Affordable Computers, Inc. will replace any defective part during the advertised warranty period if so deemed necessary by our technical staff. Proof of purchase is required.
5. Affordable Computers, Inc. makes no other warranties expressed or implied with respect to hardware products other than the limited warranty referred to above.
6. Freight charges for warranty service (mail-in warranty) - The cost of freight and/or transportation incurred to deliver warranted merchandise to Affordable Computers, Inc. for warranty repair work, shall be paid by the Buyer. This also applies to items considered to be DOA (Dead-On-Arrival). Freight is FOB as noted on invoice.
7. All implied warranties including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are expressly excluded.
8. Affordable Computers, Inc. makes no warranties either expressed or implied, with respect to all software and accompanying manuals and materials, regardless of their source, quality, performance, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. All such items are sold or licensed to buyer by Affordable Computers, Inc. on an "As is" basis. The entire risk as to their quality and performance is with the buyer, should such software prove defective.
9. Affordable Computers, Inc. makes no warranty, expressed or implied, concerning the applicability of any such hardware or software to any specific purpose.
10. Affordable Computers, Inc. accepts no liability for loss or damage caused or allegedly caused directly or indirectly by computer equipment or software sold, including, but not limited to, any interruption of service, loss of business or anticipatory profits or specials or consequential damages resulting from the use of such computer equipment or computer software.
11. Affordable Computers, Inc. reserves the right to notify customers of incorrect shipping charges which are calculated via the online store due to UPS error. Customers that are notified have the option at this point to refuse purchase of the item(s).
12. Affordable Computers, Inc. is not responsible for typographical errors on the webpage, including but not limited to item prices.
